How does direct booking work?

How is pricing shown?
The website shows the nightly rates, applicable stay discounts, cleaning fee and holiday surcharge before booking. Your final total may also include lodging taxes and any clearly disclosed required charges.
Is the home family friendly?
Yes. Children are welcome, and the home includes a high chair, travel crib, toys, books and board games.
Can I protect my trip with travel insurance?
Cottage Grace Homes is working toward offering optional Arch Red Sky Trip Preserver travel insurance for direct bookings. It is not yet available for purchase through this website. Once enabled, plan availability, price and policy details will be shown before payment.
